How do I hang my Piclicks tiles?
Simply peel off the adhesive backing and press your tile firmly onto any smooth surface. Our tiles use a special damage-free adhesive that holds strong but removes cleanly when you're ready to reposition or move.
What surfaces do Piclicks tiles work on?
Our tiles work on most smooth surfaces including painted walls, glass, mirrors, wood, and metal. We recommend avoiding textured wallpaper, brick, or concrete surfaces for the best adhesion.
Can I remove and reposition my tiles?
Yes! Piclicks tiles are designed to be repositioned. Simply peel from a corner gently and restick. We include extra adhesive strips with every order in case you need them.
What photo formats do you accept?
We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. For best results, we recommend photos with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Our editor will let you know if your photo quality might affect print results.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer express shipping (2-3 business days) at checkout. All orders include tracking so you can follow your tiles every step of the way.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We stand behind our quality! If your tiles arrive damaged or don't meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days for a full replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
